Privacy policy

SnapGrow is a sole proprietorship based in Langley, BC, operated by Hassam Mairaj. This policy explains what we collect through snapgrow.ca and why, in line with British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

What we collect

When you send an inquiry we collect the details you type into the form: your name, business name, phone number, email, website and message. The site itself does not set advertising cookies.

How we use it

Only to reply to you and to prepare the free audit you asked for. We do not sell, rent or share your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking first.

Where it lives

Inquiries are delivered by email through Resend and stored in our business inbox. Hosting is provided by Vercel. Both process data on servers in the United States.

Your choices

Ask us at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you by emailing info@snapgrow.ca or calling (604) 446-8065.
